DayCare Online Reservations

This link is used by ClubFido members to make DayCare reservations requests online. ClubFido will reply to your requests by email on or before noon the next business day. All requests should be made 24 hours in advance.

Application Process

To enroll:

Simply fill out the Enrollment application and Pet Personality Profile through our online forms. Once we receive your forms, we will screen your paperwork and call you to schedule a time for us to determine the temperament of your pet.

After that we will need a Liability Waiver signed, Proof of Vaccinations, and a copy of your pet's current PA Dog License.
 

 


 

Prices

1 day:

$20.00

½ day:

$16.00 (5.5 hours or less)

10 day pass:

$200.00 with a 5% discount. You pay $190.00

20-day pass:

 

$400.00 with a 10% discount. You pay $360.00
