Application Process

To enroll:

Simply fill out the Enrollment application and Pet Personality Profile through our online forms. Once we receive your forms, we will screen your paperwork and call you to schedule a time to speak with you about your pet.

After that we will need a Liability Waiver signed, Proof of Vaccinations, and a copy of your pet's current PA Dog License. We would like all dogs starting daycare to be at least 16 weeks of age. Exception have be made to start a dog at a younger age. Call Deb to discuss you particular situation.  

Prices

1 day:

$25.00

½ day:

$18.00 (5.5 hours or less)

10 day pass:

$250.00 with a 5% discount. You pay $237.50

*Must be used within 90 days of purchase date.

20-day pass:

 

 

$500.00 with a 10% discount. You pay $450.00

*Must be used within 90 days of purchase date
